The commercial building’s roof was protected by white Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) rubber roofing membrane.
SOLUTION
IM Sustainable used a ballasted solar racking system that combined key components such as integrated grounding, wire management and weatherability.
OUTCOME
Tom has been able to utilize the available solar technology and his building’s solar resource without roof penetrations.
